Is Maroon 5’s “Sugar” A Little Too Close To Michael Jackson’s “Beat It?” A Mashup Makes The Case.
Nashville-based producer-singer Ben Schuller regularly wows his nearly 23,000 YouTube fans with impressive covers of popular tunes, like Adele’s “Hello” and The Weeknd’s “Can't Feel My Face.” One of his most impressive vocal feats to date was his mashup of Maroon 5’s “Sugar” with Michael Jackson’s “Beat It,” which he posted on YouTube in January.
